Customer Services Bulletins and Newsletters
Our bulletins and newsletters are an important way for us to keep you informed with regular updates including any service changes, information relating to your tenancy, health and safety, quarterly report updates and details about community events. We’re committed to keeping you in the loop by sending out at least eight e-bulletins each year, along with a newsletter in both summer and winter. As part of our sustainability efforts, all communications are sent via bulk text and email. If you haven’t been receiving these, please contact our Contact Centre Team to check that your mobile number and email address are up to date.
