Since the introduction of the Wellbeing Team we have focussed efforts on bringing in additional funding to CVHA to support our customers through what has been a challenging couple of years with the rise in energy bills and cost of living crisis.

As we move forward we are looking at developing a funding strategy to ensure we are targeting areas of need.

In the timeline below you can see funds we have been awarded over the last couple of years and how these have been used and funds CVHA have been able to provide to support community initiatives.

£6,000 awarded from SFHA Winter Fuel Fund, these funds are to support customers who have fuel related debts of £300 or less.

Oct 2023

£9,600

£9,600 awarded from SFHA Winter Fuel Support fund.

We have partnered with Spruce Carpets to address heat loss within homes for those customers who are living with no or unsuitable flooring.

£37,200 awarded from Advice UK to support customers with Financial Advice

This funding will allow us to partner with three local Citizens Advice Bureaus who will allocate a staffing resource to support CVHA customers
