Ways to Pay Your Rent

Paperless Direct Debits and new options on how to pay your rent will be live from the 1 April 2022.

What does this mean?

  • Existing direct debit customers don't need to do anything.  Your payment will continue as normal; you won't see any change.
  • New or existing customers who want to pay by direct debit, call us on 01698 268855 and we will set your payment up over the phone without the need for any paperwork.
  • Existing payment card customers should receive a new payment card (see example below) in the post which will give you the option to pay your rent online via our website, by automated telephone or at any Post Office or Pay Point.
  • Factored Homeowners - we hope to roll this out to you in the coming months, please watch this space for updates.

Look out for your new payment card, once you receive it please destroy any old ones you have.
