Natalya joined Clyde Valley in February 2024 and leads the Group’s Finance and Corporate Services function.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland, Natalya worked previously as Deputy Chief Executive at Govan Housing Association before becoming Managing Director of Customer Service at the Wheatley Group. In these roles she led on transformative initiatives in finance, IT, customer service and community development.
Natalya’s experience and skills include leadership and people management, strategy development, financial planning, business and systems improvement, corporate service and governance, service innovation and IT development.
In addition, Natalya is a board trustee for Sacro, a community justice organisation which works to deliver life-changing services that empower people and help to build safe communities.
