We will be providing up to 100 children, 12years old under with a jacket worth up to £25 from George at ASDA

When completing the form please copy and paste the link to the jacket you would liek from ASDA ASDA website or send a screenshop to cvha@cvha.org.uk noting who you are and all the details we require to purchase. Please note we will only be buying jackets from ASDA.
We are planning to do one bulk order, the register will close on the 22nd December or when we reach 100 responses, we will be looking to get jackets ordered and ready to be picked up the week of the 9th January.
