Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022

Clyde Valley Group (CVG) is committed to listening to customers and acting on their views to help us shape our services to our customers.

We are also committed to promoting an inclusive environment of respect, understanding, encouraging diversity and eliminating discrimination by providing equality of opportunity for all.  This year we are collecting equality information to help us plan and deliver effective services and to meet our legal and regulatory requirements.  The information is anonymous but will provide valuable information.  Please help us by providing your information.  You can read more on our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy here.

To help us meet this objective, we have commissioned an independent market research company, called Research Resource who will undertake a customer satisfaction survey on our behalf commencing 4th October 2022.
This survey will ask about your views of the services that we provide for you and your satisfaction with your home and neighbourhood, we would be grateful if you could take some time to answer the questions and provide us with your honest feedback.
