I joined Clyde Valley in November 2019. I have worked in the Housing Sector, since graduating with a BA in Housing Studies in 2002. I have a background in Housing Management in an RSL setting.
In my role as Customer Service Manager, I am responsible for the Tenancy Sustainment Team who deliver our housing management service. I will be working alongside the Customer Service Director and my colleagues in the management team to develop and deliver our ambitious Customer Service Excellence Strategy. I look forward to building on successful partnerships with our customers and local stakeholders to drive a high quality customer service, providing value for money and placing the customer at the heart of what we do at CVG.
