Every year, Clyde Valley Housing Association reviews rent levels to ensure we can continue providing high-quality homes and services while keeping rents affordable. For 2026/27, we are proposing a 4.8% rent increase. This increase is the minimum needed to maintain essential services such as repairs, home improvements, and energy efficiency upgrades.
