Chair - CVHA Board
Born, brought up and educated in Motherwell, Lanarkshire, Andrew became Chair in September 2022. He has resided in Uddingston for many years.
Professionally educated at Glasgow College of Building and Printing and the Robert Gordon University, Andrew practiced as a Chartered Building Surveyor, Building Engineer and Arbitrator. He retired as a partner in DM Hall LLP where he remains a Consultant. He is currently a Tribunal Judge.
He also acts as a Panel Chairman for Assessment of Professional Competence of candidates seeking membership of the RICS. He is a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish Cremation Society, Lord Dean of Guild at the Merchants House of Glasgow and a member of the Infrastructure Committee at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Andrew joined the board in December 2013.
