Staff Star Awards 2020

CVG has always acknowledged the hugely important role that our people play in achieving excellence year on year and so have our customers.  Our performance has been strong over the last year and everyone has shown a huge commitment once again to providing a high quality service for our customers.

After last year’s resounding success, we held our third Star Awards event virtually on Friday 11th December, to celebrate and recognise our people's amazing achievements. Whilst our performance results are clearly a collective effort and achievement, we believe that our annual ‘Star Performers’ recognition scheme is a fantastic way of involving all members of the organisation in the nomination of individuals and teams who have really gone above and beyond all expectations.

There are seven categories which our team can nominate their colleagues in, we were delighted to receive a huge amount of nominations which is testament to the support our team have for each other and recognising the work that is carried out.  We woud like to say a big thanks to our Board and Customer Panel Members who had the difficult job of selecting the winners in each category.
