Sinclair joined Clyde Valley in March 2025 as the Director of Property and Development.
Sinclair is member of the Charters Institute of Building and brings extensive experience from his tenure at the City of Edinburgh Council, where he led significant property and development projects.
In his role at CVG, Sinclair provides strategic leadership over the group's property assets and new housing developments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and sustainable housing solutions that meet the needs of our communities. Sinclair's responsibilities include maintaining and improving property standards, ensuring a strong focus on landlord health and safety and to offer well-maintained, compliant and high-quality living for customers.
