New Contact Centre

Your new CVG Contact Centre is open and handling all contact with customers.

The Contact Centre provides a reliable, consistent service that will focus on meeting your needs and providing you with the best customer experience.  You have the opportunity to engage with us across a range of media channels including telephone, email, text message and webchat, we are also working on a new online self-service customer portal.

This means you can be confident that when you contact us we will be in a great position to answer your enquiry and meet your needs as quickly as possible.

We can offer support to you through web based chat, we will be able to reply faster to emails, and provide knowledgeable  answers on our social media sites and our call response times will be greatly reduced.
