Earlier this year, we proudly launched our Community Development Fund, a key part of our commitment to making a real impact beyond housing. This fund supports meaningful partnerships with our communities, voluntary organisations, and public sector groups to enhance quality of life, improve local environments, and bring people together.
As part of this, our Community Initiatives Fund offers grants of up to £500 for voluntary and community groups delivering projects or services that benefit our communities.

Hillhouse Tenants and Residents Group
Support for hosting a Halloween event to bring the local community together.
Mossend Primary School
Funding to purchase inclusive playground resources as part of creating a new quiet space for pupils.
Burbank Football Club
Grant awarded for the purchase of new football strips for local youth players.
Baby Bank Scotland, Hamilton
Funding awarded to help purchase essential items for families in need, including a toddler bed, double buggy, and storage bags.
