I joined Clyde Valley Housing Association in 2003 and have seen the Association transform and double in size since that time. I have a varied Housing Management background within the Registered Social Landlord environment and have a passion for the delivery of affordable homes within sustainable communities.
In my role as Customer Service Manager, I am responsible for the Revenue Team and our newly established Contact Centre. I will be supporting our team to deliver excellent support and services to our customers. I will be leading the team through a period of change and transformation and will work to achieve, caring customer service delivery, with an aim to get it right first time, to listen to our customers and to strive for continuous improvement.
