As Asset and Compliance Manager at Clyde Valley Housing Association, Ann Marie brings a strong track record in statutory compliance, strategic asset management, investment planning, repairs, property services and customer-focused service improvement.
Throughout her career, Ann Marie has held senior leadership roles including Locality Housing Director/Head of Housing at Wheatley Group, where she led housing, repairs, maintenance, environment and customer services across large-scale communities, cyclical maintenance, contractor performance and compliance assurance.
Ann Marie is passionate about making a difference for customers and communities.
