Customers of CVHA will be receiving a survey link via SMS and Email, this ICS Survey is asking for your views on Clyde Valley Housing Association

We're always looking for ways to improve our services, which is why we're working with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), the UK's independent professional body for customer service.  By completing this short survey, you'll help us understand what we're doing well and where we can improve. The survey is used by organisations across the UK, allowing us to compare our performance and identify opportunities to deliver an even better service to our customers.  In order to get this insight into how we are doing we would really appreciate your feedback. 

This is a standardised survey used by ICS members across many sectors and companies.  Feedback from this survey will allow us to understand where we are performing well and where the biggest opportunities are for improvement.

We are keen to hear from all customers that live in CVHA properties as well as the person named on the tenancy.
