Property Sales

If you are selling your property, we will liaise with your solicitor to provide them with your final factoring invoice and any other required information relating to the factoring of your property. 

Your solicitor should contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the following information:

• The date that the sale is due to settle
• The name of the purchaser
• The contact details of the purchaser’s solicitor

We will apportion the charges on your account and produce a final invoice up to the date of sale. If you have paid a factoring deposit, then this will be deduced from your final invoice. There is a £50.00 administration fee for the additional work required to process a property sale.

Once we have had confirmation that the sale has settled, we will close your account on our system.
