Billy has been a tenant of Clyde Valley Housing Association for six years. He has been a member of the Customer Panel for five years.
Billy is retired, previously working for the NHS as the manager of a psychiatric unit.
In his spare time Billy enjoys collecting stamps, coins and art.
Billy joined the Board in September 2023.
