Customer engagement opportunties 

We are going to be hosting a range of workshops and online events shaped around supporting you to become more digitally confident and included and increasing our range of opportunities of how you can share your thoughts and opinions around the services we provide and how we can improve service delivery

We are really keen to improve and expand on the range of ways in which you can engage with us and at a level that suits you

Customer engagement overview - online session 

Day: Wednesday 29th September 

Time: 2-3pm and 6-7pm 

Join us to find out about all different ways in which you can share your thoughts, feedback and how you can help us shape service design and delivery 

This will also be an opportunity to find out about the role of the Customer Panel, becoming a Board Member, how you can get involved in Scrutiny groups

Come and tell us what you would like us to be doing and how you would like to be consulted and involved 

Building digital confidence workshop  

Day: Tuesday 12th October 

Time: 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm 

Join us for a session to work on confidence building with digital devices and services available, we will look at the following key themes: 

  • Individual motivations for getting online
  • Practical walk through of foundation skills
  • Getting to know your device

Digital Skills for life and work workshop 

Day: Wednesday 13th October 

Time: 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm 

Join us for a session which will focus on essential digital skills (Foundation skills covered in previous workshop), in this session we will look at: 

  • Problem solving
  • Transacting
  • Communicating
  • Handling information and content

Internet safety workshop 

Day: Tuesday 19th October 

Time: 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm 

Join us for this session where we will identify and explore your understanding of internet safety and common fears aorund the following key themes: 

  • Passwords
  • Suspicious websites/links
  • Privacy settings and controls

Social Media workshop 

Day: Wednesday 20th October

Time: 10am - 12pm and 1pm - 3pm 

Session to explore the benefits of using social media and how to maximise it individually

  • Showcase different platforms and explain differences of using each
  • Explain digital footprint when using social media (Commenting/likes/sharing)
  • Practical walkthrough and account set up safety

Value for Money feedback - online session 

Day: Wednesday 3rd November

Time: 10am – 11am and 6pm – 7pm 

You will have received your Value for Money booklet through the post by 31st October, join us for an online session where you can talk to some of our team about our Performance results from the past year.  We would also love to hear from you as to what you thought about the production of our booklet and how informative you found it

Customer Portal focus group

We are keen for you to help us build and pilot our customer portal, we will be looking to bring together a small focus group to support us in our development of the portal.  If you have particular digital skills and knowledge, or perhaps you have some insight around accessability issues and challenges that can occur we would love to hear from you to make sure we get it right for everyone. 

Rent Consultation - online session and survey based

We will be looking to engage with your around your Rent and our plans for the future 

Scutiny workshops - online session 

Day: TBC

Time: TBC

Based on results of a survey we will send out, we will be looking to run a series of scrutiny workshops to look at certain areas of business or services provided by CVHA.  Once the survey has been issued and results collated we will post findings here.  If you are keen to either be a part of a scrutiny panel or lead on a piece of work we would love to hear from you
