It is that time of year again when we seek your views and opinions through our annual customer satisfaction survey, your opinion matters to us and we want to hear directly from you. The survey will ask about your views of the services that we provide for you and your satisfaction with your home and neighbourhood.
We have commissioned an independent market research company called Research Resource to carry out our annual customer satisfaction survey on our behalf. The survey will be completed with a sample size of our whole customer base which will mean around 520 interviews will be carried out.
Key points for you to know:
- Research Resource will be primarily conducting the interviews face to face with some telephone interviews carried out if required
- Members of the research team will carry with them a letter of representation to show you as proof of identity
- The research will be carried out through October into early November
- All answers are anonymous unless you require any issues to be followed up on and are happy for Research Resource to pass on your details to CVHA
