Introducing your new CVG Contact Centre

Your new CVG Contact Centre is now open and handling all calls.

The Contact Centre provides a reliable, consistent service that will focus on meeting your needs and providing you with the best customer experience.  You can now engage with us across a range of media channels including telephone, email, text message and webchat , we are also working on a new online self-service customer portal.

This means you can be confident that when you contact us we will be in a great position to answer your enquiry and meet your needs as quickly as possible.
