Susan McGleish - Finance Manager

I joined Clyde Valley Housing Association in May 2016.  As Finance Manager, myself and my team are responsible for ensuring that Clyde Valley Group has effective financial controls in place and for the provision of a full financial and management accounting service in order to underpin the work carried out by the Clyde Valley Group.

I deliver consolidated budgetary and management reporting processes for key senior stakeholders ensuring the outputs remain fit for purpose and meet the changing requirements of the company. My role is also to further enhance the level of insight and analysis of the company’s performance to support management decision making for future projections and strategy development.

Looking forward, I will be ensuring that we maintain a high quality of service, while ensuring that the best value for money is achieved for our customers.

I am a fully qualified certified accountant with over 30 years experience in both the private and not for profit sector.
