All NOVA customers have now been issued their invoice for the period 1st January 2020 – 31st March 2020. If you have not received your invoice please contact a member of the team to request a copy.
If any customers have queries regarding charges on their invoice, the team are still available to assist. Due to our contractors working from home there may be slight delays in investigating repairs queries, however we can assure you that all enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible.
We understand that these are challenging and uncertain times for us all and would ask that if any customers are concerned that they may not be able to pay their invoice in full please contact a member of the team to discuss a repayment arrangement.
Due to the current Government advice regarding essential workers and travel, our landscape maintenance contractor has been off site since 24th March 2020. Clyde Valley Group are in discussions with the contract administrator regarding this matter and are considering the safety of the operatives, our customers and the Government advice in any decision-making.
We would like to be able to return to our usual service as soon as possible and we will keep customers updated on any changes on our website.
Emergency Common Repairs
Clyde Valley Group’s maintenance contractors are still providing an emergency repair service and any customers who need to report an emergency common repair should report it by phoning the Freephone repairs number 0800 073 0703. This phone number also can be used out of hours to report emergencies.
Our contractors are taking all necessary health and safety precautions when attending our properties in line with the current government advice regarding COVID19.
